Randy Fiser has twenty years of experience in organizational development and change management. Randy has served as senior level consultant for two global consulting firms and senior executive in a corporate membership public policy think tank focused on organizational and workplace issues. Drawing on his management consulting, corporate, and not-for-profit experience, he specializes in helping companies achieve large-scale organizational change and strategic shifts through results-focused strategies and programs.
Randy's experience crosses multiple industries, working in the commercial, not-for-profit, government, defense, intelligence, and education sectors. He has extensive experience in internal communication, strategic planning, leadership development, organizational development, change management, performance management systems, stakeholder relationship management, public outreach, talent management, diversity, and technology implementation. Randy is an expert facilitator and is certified in the Myers-Brigg Type Indicator.
Randy received a Masters in Business Administration from Georgetown University, a Masters in Education with a concentration in Counseling and Human Development from the University of Georgia, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from Northern Arizona University.
