Sr. Contracts Administrator, Finance and Operations

Esther Gonzalez joined Achieve as a Sr. Contracts Administrator in June 2012. Esther is responsible for managing and facilitating Achieve’s contractual relationships with our vendors and project consultants. Esther has twelve years in Federal Procurement and Contracts and has supported various federal agencies in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area.

Before joining Achieve she served as a contractor working for the United States Secret Service and was a part of setting up the Emergency Task Force which housed Laura Bush during the attacks on September 11, 2001. She has also worked as a contractor for the Missile Defense Agency under General Obering and was in charge of all wireless and portable telecommunications for the agency during the first testing of the Missile Defense System. She has also worked for other contractors such as Computer Science Corporation and ASRC Federal Holding Company.

Esther is currently attending Strayer University, and is pursuing her certification in Contracts and Acquisitions.
