Founded in 1990 by the Georgia Chamber of Commerce and the Georgia Economic Developers Association, The Georgia Partnership for Excellence in Education is an organization of education, community and government leaders committed to promoting higher standards for all schools and bringing accountability to all components of the education system. This brochure highlights the top 10 issues that Georgia needs to watch in 2006, with respect to the future of education. Each of the 10 issues is discussed from a policy perspective, a best-practices perspective and with an eye toward what is next for the state of Georgia.
