In 2000, the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education launched Go Higher KY, a statewide public information and marketing campaign to encourage Kentuckians of all ages to take the next step to advance their education level — be it learning to read or going to college. This Web site highlights what the Council uses to encourage people to call a help line or visit a Web site to learn more about higher education opportunities in Kentucky. Television and radio ads, posters and billboards are included.
