Since 1992, Texas Business Education Coalition’s’ Texas Scholars initiative has partnered volunteers and educators to motivate students and influence policy toward the goal of completing a full academic course of study in high school and planning for and working toward a career after high school. This document is the script for a presentation to be given to various groups; it gives an overview of the Scholars initiative as well as accompanying slides and data.
