Executive Assistant to the President  

Bonnie joined the Achieve team in 2007 as the executive assistant to the president of the organization.

Prior to her current position, Bonnie was employed for 17 years at the Council of Chief State School Officers in various positions, including executive assistant to the executive director. Before her tenure at CCSSO, Bonnie worked for the USO of Metropolitan Washington as the program manager in charge of the volunteer programs in the DC area.

For 7 years Bonnie also owned her own business - Fiore Promos, a management agency for nationally-touring musicians and other artists. Each summer/fall she can be found at the Maryland Renaissance Festival, working in character as an assistant manager of a milliner’s shop. She also enjoys reading, old movies, traveling, theater, music and philosophy.

A native of New Jersey, Bonnie graduated from South Brunswick High School before taking several business courses on her own. She now lives in Maryland with her husband, John, and a very spoiled cat named Oliver. Both Bonnie and her husband are involved in community programs and are active youth mentors.
