Program Associate, Assessment Development  

Stephanie Jacobs joined Achieve as a Program Associate for Assessment Development in May 2011. She supports Achieve’s work with the Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC), focusing on assessment development, design, and technology, and supporting consortium states’ work as they prepare to transition to PARCC assessments. Prior to joining Achieve, Stephanie taught elementary and middle school in Washington DC and in Boston, Massachusetts. She worked as a research intern at the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, and as a mathematics assessment development intern at the Achievement Network.

A native of Shaker Heights, Ohio, Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Portuguese from Princeton University, and a master’s degree in Education Policy and Management from Harvard University.
