Achieve, in partnership with Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), conducted a national survey of almost 4,700 human resource (HR) professionals from across nine industries to better understand how the skills mismatch affects companies’ hiring practices — and how companies’ hiring practices affect the skills mismatch. For the complete survey results, including industry breakouts for all questions, see Changing Employee Skills and Education Requirements on SHRM's website.
