Why are you passionate about education?
“I'm the daughter of a public school educator who has taught for 34 years straight. I've witnessed my mom's tireless dedication to her students and passion for education throughout my entire life. My own experiences in school opened doors, challenged me, and instilled in me a lifelong love of learning that now drives my adult life. Education is the most powerful tool available to us to change the world for the better; I believe every student should have the same opportunity to receive an excellent education that I did so that every student has choices and is equipped for a successful and satisfying life.”
