On October 21, 2015, Achieve's Alissa Peltzman testified before the Connecticut Task Force on High School Graduation Requirements. In her testimony, she offered suggestions for ways in which Connecticut can establish graduation requirements that reflect the full range of the state’s college- and career-ready standards without credit hours or seat time by considering implementing a competency-based system.
