All students should graduate from high school ready for college, careers, and citizenship.

The EQuIP Task Rubric is designed to analyze a single task for English language arts or mathematics and lets educators know if the task is worthy of students’ time and attention. The Task Rubric analyzes a task from three dimensions: alignment to the CCSS, or comparable college- and career-ready standards; the instructional shifts; and support for implementation. By looking at a task from multiple dimensions, educators can make informed decisions about a task’s place in the classroom.
